Through inspiring projects, courses and events, Greencuisine Trust works to improve the knowledge and understanding of the inter-relationship between food, cooking, culture, bio-diversity,

agriculture and the environment.

The Trust promotes a food system that provides everyone with access to nutritious and affordable food.

Throughout the year the Trust offers a variety of  food and well-being workshops, courses and retreats. These are either at our home in Lewes or various other venues in the UK.

The Trust offers bespoke food & nutrition consultancy to organisations seeking to foster well-being at work and home through health giving foods.

 

In addition private one to one consultations with Daphne Lambert are available in Lewes.
